Account details you give us — name, billing address, email. The media files you upload. Operational logs of requests to the API and the delivery network.
Delivering a segment means handling the viewer's IP address and user agent. We use them to route the request, count bytes and spot abuse. They are aggregated within 24 hours and the raw records are deleted after 30 days. We set no cookies on playback and run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Processors only: our infrastructure providers, our payment processor, and the email service that sends receipts. We do not sell personal data and we have no interest in doing so.
Access, correction, export and erasure — mail privacy@beamquay.org and we will answer within thirty days. If we ever receive a legal demand for your data and are permitted to tell you, we will.
Account and billing data sit in the European Union. Delivery logs are processed in the region that served the request and are not retained beyond the window above.
